Yes! The Free plan gives you access to the job listings feed, application pipeline tracker, CV builder, and email alerts - completely free, no time limit, no credit card required. You only need to upgrade to Pro or Premium if you want AI-powered features.

Our backend runs scheduled scrapers that visit Zimbabwe's major job boards every day and extract new listings. These are matched against your saved keywords and displayed in your personal feed. You get a notification email when new matching jobs are found.

When you view a job listing, our AI (powered by Google Gemini) compares the job description with your CV and profile, then generates a match percentage score along with specific reasons and recommendations for improvement. This is a Pro/Premium feature.

Yes. For jobs that include an application email address in the listing, you can send your application (with your CV attached) directly from the dashboard. The system verifies the recipient email against the original job posting to prevent misuse.

The CV builder includes several professional templates - Classic, Modern, Creative, Premium Tech, and more. All templates are ATS-friendly (compatible with applicant tracking systems used by large companies). PDFs export in A4 or US Letter format.

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Contact us and we'll downgrade your account to the Free plan immediately. Your data and CVs are retained.

Credits on the Pro plan (100/month) reset each month - unused credits do not roll over. You can also top up additional credits at any time from your dashboard. Premium users have unlimited credits and are not affected.

Yes. Your data is stored in Google Firebase with Firestore security rules enforcing per-user access. All API requests require JWT authentication - no one can access your data without your credentials. We never sell or share your personal data.

The platform implements several security measures: rate limiting on all sensitive endpoints, JWT-based authentication, SSRF protection on the scraper, SMTP relay validation (to prevent spam), brute-force protection, and a full audit logging system that records all significant user actions.

No. Passwords are handled exclusively by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in our database. We only store your email address and profile data needed to personalise your experience.

NeetJob works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Opera. We recommend Chrome or Edge for the best experience with the CV builder and PDF export features.

Not yet. NeetJob is a responsive web application, meaning it works well on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app may be developed in a future phase of the project.
